AGM & Committee membership
All registered patients of the Mid Sussex Health Care Practice are members of the Patient Participation Group (PPG) and are entitled to attend the AGM and to vote for the committee and officers. Members wishing to receive a notice of a forthcoming AGM and other publicity relating to the PPG, must give their address, email and telephone number directly to the PPG. (See contact details below)
In accordance with the Constitution, the committee shall consist of a minimum of three and maximum of nine members, including the Chair, Secretary and Treasurer, and they must be elected at an AGM.
Members interested in joining the committee should be over 16 years of age and are requested to contact the Chair (see below for contact details) for further information before completing a Nomination Form. Nomination forms must be submitted at least 14 days prior to an AGM.
